Minimum Rental Period:  There is a 3 night (4 day) minimum requirement for all RV rentals. There is a 4 night (5 day) minimum for all holidays and special event rentals.

Reservation Deposit:  There is a $500.00 mandatory deposit due at the time of booking.  This is required to hold the RV for your desired rental dates.  The Reservation Deposit is applied towards the total rental fee at the time of pick-up. 

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance to the rental start date will be refunded in full, less a $100.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made 10-21 days or less prior to the rental start date will result in the forfeit of the entire $500.00 and possibily rental rate.

Security Deposit:  The Security Deposit is totally refundable if the unit is returned clean, filled with the same amount of fuel as when it left the lot and undamaged. Security Deposit refunds are not immediate... the normal refund period is 10 working days. If the unit is returned damaged the security deposit is held until the damages can be assessed.  The Security Deposit of  $1,500 / $2,500.00 (Depending on unit selected) will held on the rental customer’s credit card.

Substitution Policy:  RVDVR reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value, or we will refund your $500 down payment due to unavailability of the original or like vehicle.

Fuel:   RVDVR will assess a $25.00 refueling fee in addition to the cost of fuel for RV's that are not returned with the same amount of fuel as when the unit left our lot.  

Cleanliness:  Rentals should be returned on time, generally straightened up (remove trash and debris), without damage to the interior or exterior. Renters are not required to dump the RV holding tanks, fill the propane (except in certain cases), or sanitize the unit.  RV's that are returned damaged will be charged according to market rates to repair unit. RV's that are returned "trashed" (garbage, dirt clods, stains, etc.) will be charged a excessive cleaning or repair fee starting at $60.00per hr. Owner reserves the right to refuse service to guests who do not respect these simple guidelines.    

Trailer Towing:  Is allowed with prior approval and under the following conditions: Renter must complete a release form and an authorized trailer company must check out the hookups. Owner is not responsible for damages to any trailered or towed vehicles or items. Certain weight restrictions do apply and damage to the motor home by overloading are the renter's direct responsibility.

Insurance:  In order to rent a Class A Motor home from RV Dream Vacation Rentals. The customer must carry insurance on the rental unit for the time in which it is in their possession.  You must provide a binder from your insurance policy that shows Dream Vacation Rentals, as the loss payee on the RV you are renting.  If coverage cannot be obtained through your auto insurance company, or if you prefer to purchase rental insurance from us, you can do so online through our insurance provider. Simply visit MBA Choice Insurance for additional information.  If you would like to purchase coverage, please call/e-mail for our Dealer policy # and password.    To gather information or review the  MBA Insurance Website.   The charge for the insurance is $20.00, $25.00, or $25.00 per day depending on the value of the RV you will be renting. The insurance provides the state minimum requirements for Collision, Comprehensive and Liability Coverage and carries a $2,500.00 deductible.

* You can also purchase SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance) for an additional $9.95 per day. This increases your coverage to $1,000,000 combined single limit for yourself. While SLI is not required, it is highly recommended as an additional layer of protection for the renter. 

Accidents:  If involved in an accident, you must notify RV Dream Vacations within 24 hours. A full written police accident report must be submitted to us upon your return.  Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your Security Deposit. 

Breakdowns:  Malfunctions of Stove, Fridge, Micro, Water heater, TV, VCR, DVD, SAT, Fans and Small Appliances are NOT considered mechanical breakdowns but MUST be reported to Dream Vacations as soon as possible.  Any repair under $200.00 may be done without prior notice at your expense.  Any repair over $200.00 must have prior authorization from us.  Please save and submit all receipts for repairs whenreturningthe. RV Refunds will not be made without proper receipts / authorization / damaged products if replaced.  

Caution: Awnings are very susceptible to wind and must be put down each night and during the day if it is windy.

Drivers:  All drivers must be over 25 years of age. Proper Identification must be presented when picking up your rental unit.

Operations:  Complete operating instructions will be given to the responsible party before departure.  Complete technical manuals, operation manuals and FAQ information will be provided in each coach.   It will take approximately 45 min to One hour.  A more convenient time can be scheduled to complete the orientation prior to picking up your Motor home.

Fees:  We are happy to be Florida's only "NO ADDITIONAL FEE" rental company.  With that in mind, we simply ask that you bring back the coach somewhat clean on the inside and if all possible the holding tanks dumped at the nearest Flying J or service station. We just want it readily available for viewing when returned or ready for our next customer.Pre-paid options available, please inquire by calling office.

NO EXCEPTIONS:

NO SMOKING:  Any evidence of smoke will result in LOSS of the rental customer’s Security Deposit due to down time for excessive cleaning of the carpets, Upholstery, sanitizing, and ionizing of the air duct system.

NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS:  No pets are allowed inside rental units, if pets are brought inside the unit without prior approval thru Dream Vacations,  there will be a $200.00 cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing fee withdrawn from the Security Deposit.  We want to make our next customer just as comfortable in our coach as you were. 

NO TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. Prior approval required when traveling outside the US. 

NO ROOF ACCESS: Standing on top of a rental unit is NOT ALLOWED at ANY time due to liability issues.  Evidence of this violation will result in the rental customer’s forfeit of his/her Security Deposit in full.  The average cost of a new roof is $7,500.
